How to get OTC Ivermectin
And some horse stuff.
(Update, August, 2024: People are telling me that most pharmacies in Tennessee, where otc ivermectin can be legally sold, are no longer shipping ivm out of state. A few still do; you can try; foreign pharmacies are cheaper— see listings at the end of this post.)

Many seem to be looking to get ivermectin but either do not have a health care provider they trust, or cannot afford to go see one. It is possible to buy ivermectin without a prescription from a number of online pharmacies. This listing may help.
At the end of this post I will also include a nice website, a video and some notes about the famous “horse paste.” SCROLL DOWN FOR THIS.

If you do have a provider and a prescription but cannot get a pharmacy to fill it, the FLCCC site provides an extensive list of pharmacies who will fill a prescription:

I would say the same. Check them out and use your best judgement.
The FLCCC list includes some pharmacies that do not require a prescription. I have tried to pull those listings out and have added them to my list here.
Prices vary widely, so you might want to check a few different pharmacy sites.

There are a TON of pharmacies from India listed on the FLCCC site. I had good luck with one of them, see below, and the ivm tabs were a lot cheaper than what I have seen advertised in the states. You can peruse the FLCCC site, link above, to go to their websites. I would like to hear about your experiences with any of these pharmacies.
I was very happy with my two orders from AllDayChemist, based in India, though it took awhile —over a month— for the order to arrive. There are shipping charges. You can pretty easily call them and speak to a representative. They currently have IVERMERC on sale for 69 cents per tab or $68.67 for 100 tabs. As I recall, with a box of 100 tabs, counting in the postage, cost for a 5-day treatment came to about $20. Verified: no prescription required.

Many of the overseas pharmacies listed on the FLCCC sire have websites and domestic-accessible phone numbers you can call to get prices. One commenter on Twitter mentioned

as a place you can get ivm without a prescription. I looked up their website, where I see 3 mg tabs on their website, 50 tabs for $55. This appears to be an overseas pharmacy, probably based in India.
Next, I am going to list the US pharmacies listed on the FLCCC site which do not require prescriptions. There are a lot fewer of those. The FLCCC site seems to have listed pharmacies willy-nilly, perhaps in the order that they signed up. I have picked through the listings and found these, below.
You may be aware that in Tennessee it is now legal to get ivm over the counter. The problem for us out-of-staters has been finding pharmacies that will ship out of state. I’ll start with those:

They advertise “5-day treatment” (no mention of what dose this is) for $35. That would come out to $7 per pill. I have checked a few US and Canadian sites. Their prices seem generally higher than the overseas pharmacies, even adding in cost of postage. The tradeoff, though, is, US orders likely will arrive much faster.

But! Several people I know in our community used this, following instructions below, and got better quick.
I am aware that this particular brand:
DURVET Apple-flavored IVM
Contains only ivm, no other ingredients. (IMPORTANT to be sure any brand you find has NO OTHER INGREDIENTS.)
Someone has posted a very careful video and webpage illustrating how they treated their SCABIES with horse paste. The doses are different but you can get the general idea of how to calculate a dose and how to use the tube from watching the video, linked here:

For Covid the dosing is much simpler.
FLCCC recommends .4 mg/kg to .6 mg/kg daily for 5 days for early treatment. From the FLCCC site:
Ivermectin: 0.4 to 0.6 mg/kg – one dose daily for at least 5 days or until symptoms resolve.
If symptoms persist longer than 5 days, consult a healthcare provider. See Table 1 for help with calculating correct dose. Due to a possible interaction between quercetin and ivermectin, these drugs should be staggered throughout the day (see Table 2). For COVID treatment, ivermectin is best taken with a meal or just following a meal, for greater absorption.

From the horse paste video site, some math:
Ivermectin Horse Paste comes in syringes which contain 6.08 grams total weight.
The paste in the syringe is 1.87% ivermectin.
6.08 grams x .0187% = 0.11 grams of ivermectin
0.11 grams = 110 mg (milligrams)
You can see that the blue plunger for the DURVET tube has 5 hatch marks. Each hatch mark, therefore, marks off a dose of 22 mg.
(110/5 = 22)
For most adults, 22 mg daily falls int the daily doing range suggested by the FLCCC protocol.
Simple.
It should be noted that it is nearly impossible to overdose on ivm. Recently, some teenager in the news took 1720 GRAMS of ivm (who knows why). He got nauseous, confused, went to the local ED, recovered, went home. Conversely, as I noted in my recent SUBSTACK post here:

in Peru the government dosed both sick and at-risk people with just .2mg per kg and had a spectacular reduction of 74% in their all-cause mortality.
It’s pretty elastic. IVM seems to be both effective and pretty forgiving of dose size. Do exercise reasonable care but there is no need for excessive fear. Does that make sense?
If you drop your dose in the middle of a tablespoon or so of applesauce and swallow the whole thing, you probably won’t even taste the ivm.
