The Sacred Hoop
Weaving the Strands Together. January 10, 2026

I would like to introduce you, my readers, to the most sophisticated, far-ranging, and intellectually challenging discussion of world events that I have heard so far:
As financial analyst Simon Dixon says toward the end of the discussion, “There’s no morality in this equation.”
Oddly enough, I feel comforted after listening to this relentless realpolitik dissection. That is because I have been adrift for weeks, not understanding what is going on.
Now I feel that I have a clue.

From an entirely different perspective: there is a quite talented remote viewer named Elizabeth April who says some of the same things in a much simpler and more intuitive way.

Have you noticed that real, or deep, femininity seems to have gotten shoveled aside in our public world today? Women aim to look like sex objects for men’s pleasure — starving ourselves again— while talking tough and unfortunately acting like men themselves. This is, of course, about the feminine side of all of us, whether in a male body or female body, which is once again being disregarded. It is about our soul. The balance. Before you write off Elizabeth April’s statements consider how they make you feel. She pointedly does not follow the news so as to keep her remote vision as free of bias as she can, so her observations are general and her details are not always correct, but her ability is striking. Her wisdom is, too. I find many of her observations to be right on. For me, she hit a nerve. 🌸

I would say, in this time, to those of us in confusion: Let us honor the sacred hoop. Honor life in whatever way we can, every day, in whatever form we see it. May we honor one another, honor the ones we don’t like. May we stay close to the Earth. Hunker down.
May we remember.
All this show shall pass. But some things always remain.
May we hold the vision.

Much love to everyone.

Reminder: I post medical news updates on my other SUBSTACK, link here. I’ll have a new one soon:

You won't be surprised that I went for the second video. It all felt right-on.
I have not watched the video yet (thank you for the link), but I would like to say something about the hoop (may not be exactly the same thing as you described, I don't know) (1) A jade piece in the shape of a hoop, is usually considered the standard "jewelry" or "lucky charm" for ancient Chinese intellectual since the time before Confucius. It is meant to remind people that (1a) things (and Karma) go around (1b) history rhymes (especially in ancient agricultural society), and (1c) smooth, no snagging, not bogged down in daily quagmire but maintains integrity. (1d) Tai-Chi was shaped that way as well. (2) in physics and engineering, a full circle possesses many outstanding properties, including strength and frugality in materials.
